All other apparels/product that are labeled as non-returnable on their product detail pages.

10 Days: Replacement/Refund
You may request for a refund / replacement within 10 days of delivery, For Clothing(Outerwear), it should be unworn, unwashed, without stains, undamaged and with all original tags & packaging intact.
Replacements
Which items are eligible for a Free Replacement?
If the item you ordered arrived in a damaged/defective condition or was different from what was ordered, it will be eligible for a free replacement, provided the exact item is available with us.
Note: If an eligible item is out of stock with us, it cannot be replaced. Only a refund against the returned product will be issued.
What are the conditions for Free Replacement?
In order to be eligible for a free replacement, an item must be within the return window and in stock with us (exact same item). The free replacement order will be shipped through standard shipping once the original order is returned and received by us. Free replacements can be requested if the following conditions apply:
- Damaged item received
- Item is missing parts or accessories
- Item received is different from what was ordered
Note:
- A free replacement cannot be created for an item which was returned and replaced once earlier.
- If the item is missing parts or accessories, you may contact us for assistance.
- If your item is not eligible for free replacement due to any reason & it fulfils the return eligibility, you can always return it for a refund.
